Challenge: Transform a feature factory into a research-led product team — while rebuilding the design system

SecuritEase builds mission-critical software for stockbrokers, investment banks, and wealth managers — but had no research practice, no product strategy, and a design culture that rewarded novelty over usability. I ran two parallel tracks: building a research framework from nothing and rebuilding the design system on Microsoft Fluent. Getting a room full of industry experts to say "I don't know, let's find out" was the real milestone.

Black Swan Data needed to scale its research tools into a self-service platform. Researchers were overwhelmed by billions of conversations across social channels and needed a way to surface trends quickly.
Xneelo wanted to expand beyond the Hetzner ecosystem and launch a new hosting platform with modern UX standards. The challenge: a legacy user base familiar with old flows + a new audience expecting intuitive cloud experiences.
